Warranty policy, Shipping info, After-sale service

For IU Smart main Unit, like the frame, hub, motor control panel, rear hub, we have a 1year warranty. For accessories, battery, power supply brake level, switching gears, have 6 months warranty.

Shipment will begin 35 days after receiving the deposit. Samples can generally be transported by air or train, and bulk goods are shipped by sea, we can also do drop shipping.
